China sees stainless steel imports fall in October
The latest market data suggests that China's stainless steel imports in October were the lowest so far this year at 113,500 tonnes, down -10.2% year-on-year and -33% month-on-month. Analysts believe that the decrease in imports is mainly due to China's anti-dumping investigation on stainless steel billets from the EU, Indonesia and other countries, Kallanish notes.
