China alone lifts global stainless steel production: ISSF
The International Stainless Steel Forum (ISSF) has reported an increase in global stainless crude steel output in 2023, with the growth fully supported by China, Kallanish notes.
Global stainless crude steel output in 2023 rose 4.6% on the prior year to 58.4 million tonnes.
