Celsa to recover 100% production waste from 2025

Spanish steelmaker Celsa Group has launched its HYMET project, Kallanish notes. The plan aims to study new technologies for the use of by-products resulting from its steel making processes, as well decarbonisation through the use of green hydrogen, Celsa says. The HYMET project has an estimated total budget of €5.8 million ($5.87m). Almost 67% or €3.9m of investment will be supported by the Spanish centre for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI). …
