Canada sets final dumping rates on Austrian OCTG
The Canada Border Services Agency has issued its final determination in the trade case investigating OCTG imports from Austria. The final results differ slightly from the preliminary results issued in October, but the dumping margins remain high.
CBSA determined a final dumping margin of 34.6% for voestalpine Tubulars and a rate of 129.2% for all other Austrian exporters.
