Canada extends Turkish rebar investigation
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has extended its investigation into imports of Turkish rebar to determine normal values and pricing, Kallanish understands.
According to a notice published by the agency, this investigation was extended due to the complexity of the case. The investigation has been ongoing since the CBSA initiated its review in September 2022. Arguments for this investigation were due from all parties in January of this year.
