Canada assigns provisional duties for Chinese wind towers
Canada's Border Services Agency has published its initial determination finding that imports of wind towers originating from China were being dumped and/or subsidised in the nation's domestic markets. The agency has issued provisional duties against exporters for the time being, as this investigation remains ongoing, and will issue its final decisions by 18 October.
