Brazilian iron ore producer Itaminas changes owner
Brazil's Itaminas is experiencing a change of ownership, Kallanish understands. The company, owned by Bernardo Paz and one of the main iron ore producers in Minas Gerais, is in the final phase of the sale process to investors led by the Agéo group, steel and mining company AVG and Master Bank.
