Brazil’s iron ore exports recover in April
Brazil is seeing its iron ore exports start to recover. After three months of declines, volumes rose both month-on-month and year-on-year in April, Kallanish notes.
According to the latest Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic) data, shipments abroad of iron ore were 29.7 million tonnes during the month, a growth of 12.9% from March’s 26.3mt and 19.5% more on-year.
