Brazilian pig iron to remain strong in June
Brazilian pig iron export prices are set to remain above $600/tonne in the coming weeks. This level is in line with higher demand in the global market and also supported by lower availability of the feedstock in Brazil, Kallanish notes. Sources suggest local mills have their order books full until September.
