Borusan intends to acquire US pipemaker Berg Europipe
Borusan Mannesmann’s US subsidiary Borusan Mannesmann Pipe US Inc. has signed a non-binding letter of intent with Europipe GmbH to purchase the entire capital of the latter’s US-based subsidiary Berg EUROPIPE Holding Corp.
