BlueScope considers expanding US coil value-add operations
Australia's BlueScope is studying whether to expand its North American value-add capabilities, Kallanish discovers in the company's latest earnings presentation.
While reporting first-half results for fiscal 2024, the company shares that it is looking at a seven-year phased roll-out for a potential cold rolling line, pickling line and galvanizing/Galvalume line. A second coil coating line could be added later.
