Black Sea wire rod exporters face limited engagement
Russian wire rod mills have experienced limited engagement in the Black Sea export market over the past few weeks, market participants inform Kallanish.
Only producers with close access to ports and well-established distribution networks overseas managed to close export transactions, while major Russian producers were focused on the domestic and nearby CIS markets, served by land transport.
