Benelux scrap prices continue decline amid pressure

Scrap prices in the Benelux are seen continuing to decline due to weak export markets and the drop seen in domestic mills’ November prices. Exporters’ dock prices were at around €270-290/tonne ($278-299) on Monday, down €15-20/t from last week.
