Baosteel, Wugang lift September flat steel offers
China's major flat steel producers Baosteel, Wuhan Iron & Steel (Wugang) and Angang have announced their offers for September. Baosteel and Wugang have raised their prices, but Angang maintains the same price compared with its offers last month, Kallanish notes.
