Baosteel Special transfers capacity to Anhui
Baowu Group's Baosteel Special Steel will transfer crude steel capacity from two electric arc furnaces at its Shanghai steel plant to Baowu Special Metallurgical Company in Anhui's Ma'anshan, according to a Baowu announcement.
