Baosteel maintains flats offers in October, Bayi lifts
Baowu subsidiary Baosteel, a leading flat steel producer in China, has decided to retain its flat steel offers unmoved for the fourth consecutive month in October, Kallanish notes.
Another Baowu subsidiary, Bayi Steel in Xinjiang, has meanwhile added CNY 400/tonne ($62/t) to its flats quotes.
