Baosteel, Angang increase flat steel offers for September
China's leading flat steel producers, Baosteel and Angang, have both announced they will lift flat steel offers in September. Supported by strong domestic demand, Chinese steelmakers generally hold a positive outlook for the short-term market, Kallanish notes.
