Bangladesh scrap market quietens ahead of Eid holidays
Demand for imported scrap in Bangladesh has cooled ahead of the Eid holidays next week.
Prices for Australia/Brazil-origin HMS scrap are currently assessed at $406-411/tonne, while shredded scrap is pegged at $435-437/t, cfr Chattogram, notes Kallanish.
