As expected, US plate prices begin to sag
US plate prices finally have started to sag as market sources anticipated this spring. The prices now range from $1,460-1,480/short ton, down from $1,480-1,500/st last week, Kallanish learns.
Sources are expecting additional decreases in the coming weeks.
