ArcelorMittal prepares Fos-sur-Mer blast furnace restart
ArcelorMittal confirms it is preparing the restart of blast furnace no.2 at the Fos-sur-Mer mill in southern France. The unit was temporarily idled at the end of last year as a result of weaker demand in Europe and high production costs, Kallanish notes.
