Algoma Steel names new ceo
As of 1 June, Canadian flatrolled steelmaker Algoma Steel will have a new leader.
Current ceo Michael McQuade will be retiring and will be replaced by Michael Garcia, Kallanish learns from the company. Garcia has worked in senior management roles with Alcoa, Gerdau Ameristeel, Evraz/Evraz Highveld Steel & Vanadium, Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Domtar, and Alliant Energy.
