Arrow completes North Simandou takeover after fundraising
Australian-listed miner Arrow Minerals Limited (AML) has completed the acquisition of the remaining 66.7% interest in Amalgamated Minerals, which holds the Simandou North Iron Project.
The deal is worth AUD 2 million ($1.3m), with a further AUD 500,000 payable in cash or shares by the end of June 2025, notes Kallanish. This move solidifies AML's position in the mining industry and paves the way for future growth, it says.
