TK to dispose of loss-making VDM and AST, only after turnaround, say sources
The return of German-based metal alloys and specialty producer VDM Metals, and Italy’s stainless steelmaker AST to ThyssenKrupp ownership has brought a loss of €24 million to TK’s Materials Services division.
