72 Steel plans to build Pennsylvanian EAF mill
Brooklyn, New York-based steel supplier 72 Steel is announcing plans to build a $218 million rebar fabrication site near the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania metropolitan area.
Kallanish understands the company is planning to construct this operating facility at the former site of J&L Steel’s Aliquippa Works located in Western Pennsylvania. This will be the company's first steel manufacturing plant.
