VW, Mercedes lead EV preference in Germany in April
German brands Volkswagen and Mercedes topped the country’s new car registration models for all-electric vehicles (BEVs) and plug-in electric vehicles (PHEVs), while Toyota remained the leader in fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEVs) sales.
The Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA) said on Friday the Volkswagen up! was the most sold BEV in April with 2,604 units, Kallanish reports.
