VW battery partner QuantumScape goes public with $3.3 billion valuation
Solid-state electric vehicle battery developer QuantumScape plans to take the company public following its combination with Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp, Kallanish reports.
The new company will trade under the ticker QS on the New York Stock Exchange and has a valuation of more than $3.3 billion, according to a company statement.
