Volvo Cars nearly triples BEV share in 2022 sales
Volvo Cars revealed on Thursday its sales share of all-electric vehicles (BEVs) rose to 10.9% in 2022 from 3.7% a year earlier, Kallanish reports.
The Swedish carmaker saw BEV sales increase 159.5% on-year to 66,749 units across the globe. In its biggest market, Europe, Volvo Cars sold 45,690 BEVs – an increase of 175.7% y-o-y.
