Volkswagen up! leads Germany’s BEV sales in February
The Volkswagen up! model was the best-selling all-electric vehicle (BEV) in Germany during February, the country’s motor vehicle authority (KBA) revealed in a brief breakdown this week.
According to KBA’s data, the small car accounted for 2,215 new sales, out of a total of 18,278 BEV sales last month. The Volkswagen up! held a 12.1% share of all BEV sales, which in turn accounted for a 9.4% market share in the German car market in February.
