Verkor starts construction works for Dunkirk gigafactory
European battery start-up Verkor has started construction works for its future electric batteries gigafactory located in the port of Dunkirk, France. The milestone follows the European Commission’s validation of French support of €659 million ($719m), Kallanish notes.
