USFS delays report on Arizona land swap for Resolution Copper mine

The US Forest Service says it is unsure when it might approve a long-stalled federal land swap allowing Resolution Copper Mining to build a controversial copper-molybdenum mine in eastern Arizona, Kallanish reports.
