US Critical Minerals closes on Idaho vanadium-uranium project
US Critical Metals Corp says it has closed on the acquisition of a 70% interest in the Long Canyon uranium-and-vanadium property in southeast Idaho, Kallanish reports.
The company acquired the 70% interest by acquiring 70% of the issued and outstanding common shares of 1212242 BC Ltd, a private British Columbia-based company. The deal had been announced last month.
