UK electric car production rises 18.3% in November
UK electric car production rose 18.3% on-year in November, accounting for 36.6% of all cars produced in the country in the month, Kallanish reports.
According to the latest data from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), some 29,318 all-electric, plug-in hybrid, and hybrid electric vehicles were manufactured. The trade body doesn’t disclose individual volume by powertrain, as it does for car sales.
