UK electric bus, van start-up to list on Nasdaq
UK-based electric vehicle (EV) company Arrival intends to list on the Nasdaq stock exchange with a valuation of $5.4 billion, Kallanish reports.
Arrival, which is based in Banbury, England, announced Wednesday that it is to merge with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), CIIG Merger Corp. The newly-combined company will be listed on the Nasdaq exchange under the ‘ARVL’ symbol.
