UAW expands auto strike to 38 parts distribution centres across the US
The ongoing failure to reach an agreement has led the United Auto Workers (UAW) to expand its strike to 18 GM and 20 Stellantis parts facilities across the country on Friday, Kallanish reports.
The expansion on 12 pm US time comes as workers and automakers struggle with negotiations. “No bucks, no trucks. No parts, no start,” workers shouted outside distribution centres.
