Trilogy Minerals completes fundraising, acquires 4 Argentina lithium licences
Trilogy Minerals Pty Ltd says it has completed an AUD 8 million ($5.38m) fund-raising through convertible notes and has acquired four lithium licenses in Argentina with those funds as the company and those projects are about to be acquired by Australia-based Pursuit Minerals, Kallanish reports.
The four licenses are in the Rio Grande Sur project area near Salta, Argentine. A fifth tenement is to be obtained in February 2023. The five tenements together cover 9,233…
