Trafigura to take over green hydrogen JV
Commodity trader Trafigura said Tuesday it is increasing its commitment to green hydrogen, and will take over Zurich-based H2 Energy Europe to ramp up both production and mid- and downstream projects.
The company agreed to increase its shareholding in the hydrogen-focused company to become majority owner. H2 Energy Holding’s founders will retain a minority ownership and will continue to contribute their knowledge and expertise to the company.
