Tesla’s volume-over-margin strategy delivers record sales in Q2
Elon Musk’s strategy to prioritise volume over margin has delivered a record-high sales volume for Tesla during the second quarter of 2023, Kallanish reports.
The California-based EV maker reported on Sunday deliveries of 466,140 units in the April-June period. The record delivery represents an 83% year-on-year growth and a 10.2% increase over the previous quarter. Year-to-date, Tesla delivered 889,015 units, which is 57.4% higher than H1 2022.
