Tesla’s Q2 shipments fall 17.85% q-o-q, despite June production record
Tesla’s electric vehicle deliveries shrunk 17.85% quarter-on-quarter in Q2 2022 to 254,695 units, despite June being the highest vehicle production month in its history.
The carmaker reported on 2 July its Q2 production and deliveries figures, ahead of its financial results webcast on 20 July. Deliveries in the April-June period came to 238,533 units of Model 3 and Y, and 16,162 of Model S and X. The volume was 26.55% higher year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
