Tesla to raise workers’ pay in Germany, union expects more
Tesla workers at Giga Berlin are said to have secured a 4% increase in wages effective in November, as well as a €1,500 ($1,611) bonus in December, Kallanish notes.
Around 11,000 employees will reportedly benefit from the pay rise. Starting in February, the carmaker will also raise annual wages by an additional €2,500 for workers in production, according to the Wall Street Journal.
