Tesla files lawsuits in response to Swedish strike action
US EV manufacturer Tesla has gone to the Swedish courts after experiencing “sympathy strike” labour action in the country.
The initial action against Tesla began on 27 October, when workers aligned with the Swedish labour union IF Metall staged an initial walkout at seven Tesla-owned repair shops in the country. Prior to this, Tesla had refused to sign a collective bargaining agreement with IF Metall.
