Tesla 'Autopilot' appears in first felony charge
Tesla’s terminology is at the heart of a felony case in California, Kallanish understands.
Driver Kevin George Aziz Riad was hit with two counts of vehicular manslaughter by Los Angeles County prosecutors, according to the AP and numerous local news outlets, citing filed court documents.
