Swedish mining company Eurobattery Minerals (EBM) said Wednesday it has agreed to a deal to increase its stake in FinnCobalt Oy by another 30%, consolidating a 70% interest, Kallanish reports.
The Finnish company owns all mining rights for the multi-metal Hautalampi project located in Outokumpu. Details of the deal weren’t disclosed, but FinnCobalt Oy has previously said EBM plans to take over the company in H1 2023.
