Stellantis invests in Argentina Lithium, enters offtake agreement
European automaker Stellantis is gaining a stake in Argentina Lithium & Energy through a $90 million definitive agreement, Kallanish reports.
According to a statement from Argentina Lithium earlier this week, Stellantis subsidiary Peugeot Citroën Argentina will invest the Argentinian peso equivalent of $90 million into Argentina Lithium in exchange for shares of Argentina Litio y Energia (ALE).
