Stellantis increases stake in GAC-Stellantis JV
Stellantis will increase its stake in the Chinese joint venture with Guangzhou Automobile Group, GAC-Stellantis, to 75% in line with its strategy to increase its presence in China.
GAC-Stellantis, created in 2010, is a 50-50 company jointly owned by GAC Group and the Franco-Italian automaker.
