Snam Eni form JV for North African pipeline
Italian firm Snam has completed the €405 million ($438m) purchase of a 49.9% stake in Eni’s subsidiaries that operate the onshore gas pipelines running from the Algerian and Tunisian borders to the Tunisian coast (TTPC), as well as the offshore pipelines linking the Tunisian coast to Italy (TMPC).
