Sibanye-Stillwater, Heraeus to develop new electrolyser catalysts to produce green hydrogen
Sibanye-Stillwater and Heraeus Precious Metals are partnering on research and development of new platinum group metals containing electrocatalysts for green hydrogen proton exchange membrane electrolysers, Kallanish reports.
The project will be equally funded by the two companies over three years. The results will be mutually commercialised and the parties will cooperate on communication and marketing of the novel catalysts.
