Shanghai announces BEV subsidy extension
The Shanghai Municipal People's Government recently announced that it will extend the subsidies to replace traditional cars with battery electric vehicles, Kallanish learns.
On 29 January, it released an action plan on its website. According to this document, before 30 June, a CNY 10,000 ($1,480.24) subsidy will be granted for each BEV replacing a conventional car registered in Shanghai.
