Sayona Mining raises $36.6m for Quebec lithium exploration
Australia-based Sayona Mining says it has raised CAD 50 million ($36.6m) to advance hard-rock lithium exploration and resource drilling in Quebec, Kallanish reports.
The 174.4 million flow-through shares were acquired from Sayona Mining by PearTree Securities at a price of AUD 0.315 ($0.21) per share for an aggregate gross proceeds of AUD 54.9m using the flow-through shares provisions under Canadian tax law. The parties had signed a subscription agreement.
