Russia to produce EVs under new brand in Lipetsk
Russia plans to produce electric vehicles under a completely new brand, according to the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The project will be implemented by Motorinvest, which intends to invest more than RUB 13 billion ($154 million) over 11 years, Kallanish notes.
