Russia postpones launch of hydrogen passenger trains amid sanctions
Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom will not be able to launch hydrogen trains on Sakhalin in 2023 due to sanctions against Russia that led to the departure of the French company Air Liquide from the project, Kallanish notes.
According to subsidiary Rusatom Overseas, which is responsible for the project, the postponement of its implementation was explained by "innovation."
